IMPHAL, Feb 12: A fire broke out on the 5th floor of a building at Imphal Rup Mahal Tank this morning at around 10:20 am.
The owner of the building has been identified as Sana Kabui and he has rented the floor to one Hari Kishan Kumar Mahanta of Bihar and family.
When the fire broke out the family was out at work and it is suspected to have started from a short circuit. However, the fire service arrived on time and save from any major damages.
