IMPHAL, February 19: A press release issued by the Manipur State Commision for Women said that The National Commision for Women (NCW) will organize a “Two Days Inter State Commision’s Dialogue” from 19th to 20th February, 2013 at the Constitutional Club of India, Vishal Bhai Patel, New Delhi in order to curb increasing crime against woman in the nation. A team of Manipur state Commision for Women led by Dr L Ibetombi Devi, Chairperson left Imphal on 18th February to attend the programme said the release.
