IMPHAL, Feb 11: Former finance minister and executive member of TMC, C Doungel; former general secretary of JD (U), Lien Gangte; former general secretary hills of TMC, Shokholul Mate; Ch Ingobi Singh of RJD; vice president of TMC (Sadar hills), L Kaikam; Khupjalun Doungel of TMC; Poomang Haokip of TMC and several other political leaders and workers have joined Nationalist Congress Party, Manipur State Unit at a simple reception function held today at its office at Tiddim Road, said a release of the party.
