IMPHAL, April 19: The CJM Imphal East today awarded the three accused in the Satyabhama killing case to 15 days of judicial remand.
The statements of the three accused on the case will be recorded on April 25 before the CJM Imphal East, informed a source.
It may be mentioned that the dead body of 31 year old Satyabhama was found at Bashikhong Wamgkhei Loumanbi Loukon on April 5 and the police had registered a formal case FIR No 24 (4) 2013 1 BG PS u/s 302/34 IPC.
Police had arrested two of the accused on April 8 while another surrendered on the morning of April 9.
The three accused were produced before the CJM Imphal East on April 9 for the first time during which the court remanded them to police custody till April 15.
On April 15, the three were further remanded to police custody for another five days.
According to a source, the lower court received no bail plea from the three accused.
