IMPHAL, April 10: The Consumers’ club, Manipur has in a press release questioned the salon rates newly fixed by the Manipur Labour Commissioner of the Government of Manipur while demanding that the Commissioner, Labour Dept. and Barber Association should bring the unhygienic working practice of barbers to the notice of the general public.
