IMPHAL, April 26: A press release from All Manipur School Students’ Transporter Association (AMSSTA) said that the dateline for April 25 for negotiation regarding the confusion/controversy between Shishu Nishtha Niketan School Authority and Shishu Nishtha Niketan Van Service (RTA) is over but the school authority has failed to do anything to reach an understanding and consequently , students’ transporters of all kinds in Manipur will cease service on April 29.
