LAMKA, May 31: Salt Brook School which is a leading private and residential school in Ccpur situated at Tuibuang , today, felicitated its successful students of the recent class X exam conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Manipur.
Speaking on the occasion, the principal of the school Vanglalien Haokip said that the school was estblished in 2006 and from the last 4 to 5 years they had secured 100% success rate in board exam with this year being the most rewarding as two of their student are district toppers.
Altogether 65 students appear from the Salt Brook School with 58 securing first division, with 77 procuring starmarks in different subjects, while the remaining students secured 2nd division.
A citation and cash award each were presented to the successful students at the school today with many parents in attendance.
Cash award were also handed to the concerned teachers who helped the students secure star/letter mark.
The first divisioners are awarded a cash award of Rs 2000 each while the second divisioners received Rs 300 each.
