IMPHAL, June 19: The leader of the house Okram Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister of Manipur who also holds finance portfolio has today tabled in the house in the second business session, which was started as usual at 11:00 am, the ‘Statement of Transfer of Resources from the Consolidated Fund of the State to Panchayati Raj Institutions and Urban Local Bodies and District Councils -2013-14’. The statement which was tabled today was prepared by the Finance Department, Govt. of Manipur.
