IMPHAL, June 29: The Komrem Students’ Union has today congratulated Emboi Serto on his being elected as the president of ATSUM for the tenure 2013-15 and extended their humble gratitude to KSO GHQ for their trust bestowed on Emboi Serto, according to a press statement issued by M Angam Kom, general Secretary of Komrem Students’ Union.
