IMPHAL, July 31: The Dalit Sahitya Academy, Manipur has invited applications from writers, editors, artistes, social workers and intellectuals for awarding Dr Ambedkar/Mahatama Jyotiwa/Krantijyoti/Babujagjivan Ram/Moulana Azad/Swami Vivekananda/Rabindranath Tagore/ Netaji Subhaschandra/Bir Tikendrajit/Rani Gaidinlu/Haipou Zadong/Shikshak Ratna/Sahitya Ratna/Kalakshetra Guru/Samaj Gourab/Bharat Journalist/Best Citizen/Distinguished Services/Lifetime Achievement and International Friendship Awards for the year 2013, informed a press release.
Interested/willing persons are requested to submit their applications in plain paper with personal bio-data including three copies of passport photographs to the state president cum National Secretary Dalit Sahitya Academy, YADA Complex, Wangjing in Thoubal district on or before August 30, 2013, it added.
