IMPHAL, July 1: The Manipur Nat Sankirtan Apunba (MANSA) has today issued a press release saying that MANSA has today minutely discussed the letter sent by Apunba Nat Kanba Lup in a meeting at MANSA auditorium and added that L Ibohalmacha Singh president MANSA, S Thanil Singh Padmashri and Ng Kulabi Singh were presidium members of the meeting.
The press release further said that a rule and regulation of Sankirtan will be prepared and sent it to all the members of MANSA and added that MANSA has resolved to fully extend support to the program of the Nat Kanba Apunba Lup, it said.
