IMPHAL, July 20: The NIIT Imphal Centre has today said in a press statement that this NIIT Imphal Centre is launching Synchronous Learning Technology (SLT) for the first time in the state while adding that NIIT will be the first institute in the state starting a learning system that will use a V-SAT.
