IMPHAL, September 4: District Literacy Samiti, Thoubal along with Model Center Thoubal Block, Saakshar Bharat Mission will be organising ‘’Adult Learners’ Week’’, an education competition programme from September 13-14 at Khangabok High School, conveyed a press release of Model Center Thoubal Block.
During the programme, competition like essay, quiz, debate and slogan for students of Class IX & Class X will be held and various topic for the competitions are essay competition – ‘’Saakshar Bharat Programme in Manipur’’ (150 words), debate competition – ‘’Impact of Saakshar Bharat in Manipur’’ (open), quiz topic – Saakshar Bharat Programme, literacy and others and slogan topic – ‘’Reliable of Literacy’.
Cash reward will be given to the respective winners for each category. Interested students could get admission form from the offices of District Literary Samiti Thoubal and Model Center Thoubal Block before September 10, the release added.
