IMPHAL, September 28: Office of the Joint Director, District Vety Office, Imphal West has informed to all the enrolled members of the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Imphal West District that there will be a general body meeting of the SPCA under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West District on October 1 at 1 pm in the office chamber of Deputy Commissioner Imphal West District, Lamphelpat to discuss about the formation and registration of the society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Imphal West District in accordance with the provision of Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 3 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Rule 2001.
