IMPHAL, November 23: As a part of participating in the ongoing Manipur Sangai Festival, Manipur Cycle Club (MCC) is organising a city ride and Keibul Lamjao tour for promotion of Bicycle Tourism in Manipur.
A press release from MCC conveyed that the project is targeting among general public to create opportunities for developing cycle tourism infrastructure as an affordable, environmental and culturally, friendly and locally acceptable model in Manipur, adding that the main activities are City cycle joyride to historical places, and 3 days Trip to Keibul Lamjao National Park.
Imphal City Ride will be organised on Nov 24, 27 and 30, 2013 and the team will be riding to Keibul Lamjao and exploring adjoining areas from Nov 26-28, 2013.
