IMPHAL, November 4: The Speaker of the Manipur Legislative Assembly has wished the people of Manipur on the auspicious occasion of Ningol Chak Kouba festival which falls on November 5, 2013, adding that the celebration of the festival will tighten the bond of love between the brothers and sisters of Manipur.
The message of the Speaker also stated that the festival will bring peace and social harmony in the state.
“Let us forget ill wills, enmity among us and try to bring a prosperous Manipur”, the Speaker said in the message.
