IMPHAL, February 28: A van was badly damaged after welding sparks ignited the oil tank. 38-year-old Longjam Mocha of Braja Elangbam Leikai leirak Achaoba Machin was repairing a van at Khogen Workshop located inside the drivers union complex at Yaiskul Police Lane when welding sparks from his van ignited the oil tank and damaging the back side of the van badly. Fortunately, fire services come in time to save the van. The van number bears a registration number MN01W- 3167 and the resultant fire damaged some parts of a DI Tata also.
