IMPHAL, Mar 15: Gaikhangam, Deputy Chief Minister has extended his greeting on Yaoshang, the biggest festival of Manipur. He said the festival of colour may bring peace, harmony and love among the people of Manipur.
He appealed to the public of the state to enjoy the festival of colours without fear. The state home department will take up security measures in various places to avoid any untoward incident.
