IMPHAL, Apr 10: The Democratic Bharatiya Samaj Party, Manipur State Committee said in a press release that the party has appointed Wangkhem Muba Singh of Heingang Assembly Constituency, Imphal East District as the general secretary and Maibam Ibotombi Singh of Thangmeiband assembly constituency, Imphal West District as treasurer with immediate effect.
