IMPHAL, APRIL 4: Imphal-West district magistrate, K Radhakumar Singh under Sub-Section 2 of Section 144 CrPC has prohibited assembly of five or more persons and carrying of objects which can be used as offensive weapons since yesterday 6pm.
Permissions to take out processions for marriages, funerals and other religious purposes have to be applied beforehand to the concerned authorities.
