IMPHAL, February 11: A non-local believed to early 40 has been lying unconscious at bed 28 of the male medicine ward of JNIMS since February 8.
Reports said that the non local was brought by two individuals around 3.57 pm reportedly found lying near the Thumbu bridge.
His identity is could not be confirm till date however sources informed that he could be one Bjioy from Orrisa.
