IMPHAL, Mar 31: The proscribed PREPAK has in a press statement clarified that president of Kangleipak Students`™ Association (KSA)Thangjam Premananda Singh alias Popo, 28, son of Th Gouramani of Yaiskul Sougaijam Leirak is not related to PREPAK in any manner and the KSA is not a frontal organization of PREPAK. The press release issued by PRO, Police Department is a baseless allegation, it added.
