IMPHAL, Jan 14: A man was hit by a bullet this afternoon.
The incident happened at around 6.20 pm today at RIMS road near Yumnam Eye Care, ATM booth.
The injured is identified as Heishnam Phillips Singh, 24, son of H Shanta of Langol Housing Complex.
He was driving in the area to buy meat when a bullet hit his left thigh.
Sources mentioned that some people had come to deposit money at the mentioned ATM booth in an armored vehicle and the shot came from them.
