IMPHAL, Feb 6: The North East Dialogue Forum (NEDF) is going to organise a one day consultation programme on the rethinking and re-designing of the ‘Criminal Justice System in Manipur’ at Royal Academy of Law, Oinam on February 7, informed secretary North East Dialogue Forum.
