IMPHAL, Feb 11: In view of the upcoming Annual Conference of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation which will be held from February 11 to 14 at Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), the PMR OPD will remain closed on 11-13 February 11 to 13, conveyed a statement of RIMS.
