IMPHAL, Mar 17: With a view to avoid the anticipated rush for passing of bills at the fag end of the financial year, 205-2016, the Governor of Manipur declared five days as full working days for all treasury officers under the Government of Manipur.
In an order issued by deputy secretary (finance), Government of Manipur Mercina P Panmei said that March 20 (Sunday), 23 (Yaosang 1st day), 26 (Saturday) (restricted holiday), 27, (Sunday) and 28 (Monday) (restricted holiday) have been declared as full working days.
All the officers and staffs of the finance department, government of Manipur and all treasury/ sub-treasury officers and employees under them are hereby directed to attend office on the aforesaid days and follow full working days on the aforesaid days in public interest, order added.
