IMPHAL, Mar 14: Songkhupchung Serto today took oath as an additional judge of the High Court of Manipur.
Songkhupchung Serto former Registrar General of High Court of Manipur was appointed as additional Judge of court by the President of India on March 9.
On March 11, Governor V Shamuganathan had announced Chief Justice LK Mohapatra to administer the oath of office to S Serto.
The oath taking ceremony was held at Court Room number 1 in the presence of various high ranking police and civil officials including Chief Secretary O Nabakishor and DGP LM Khoute.
