IMPHAL, Feb 26: A drug peddler, Mangai Chung, 36, of Moreh Ward No. 4, was arrested by personnel of 9 AR along with 64 grams of brown sugar yesterday. She has been handed over to Narcotic Control Bureau in Imphal.
