IMPHAL, April 5: 42 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector under HQ IGAR (S) provided public toilets and waiting shed at Aimol Tampak village in Chandel district. Public toilets have been provided to the village as it was felt the genuine need of the villagers. Two public toilets having three rooms and waiting shed each have been constructed at the village by the 42 Assam Rifles under Assam Rifles Military Civic Action Project for the Financial Year 2010-11. The public toilets and waiting shed were handed over to Village Authority and would surely help in overall development of these villages.
