IMPHAL April 7: DESAM in a press release by the publicity and propaganda secretary LC Bobisana appealed the KCP(Maoist) to lift the ban imposed by the outfit to RDO nursing institute. The release states that DESAM has no right to intervene between MLA W Brajabidhu and the outfit ,but is suggesting that the future of the students will be bleak if the imposition continue.
