IMPHAL, January 20: About 160 villagers from Nachou, Kwashiphai, Ningthoukhong and Thinunggei villages of Bishnupur district were given safety guidelines on survival techniques which are to be followed while fishing during hostile conditions at Loktak lake during a safety awareness program organized by 6/8 Gorkha Rifles under the aegis of Red Sheild Division at ITI, Ningthoukhong yesterday.
