IMPHAL, April 18: Football Referees Welfare Committee Manipur has congratulated N Arunkumar Singh and L Priyobarta Singh, referees of All Manipur Football Association on clearing the written and physical test successfully at the class II Examination held at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
