IMPHAL, June 25: The banned RPF/PLA today clarified in a statement that Kakchingtabam Ibechoubi, 50, wife of late K Ito of Phaknung Makha Leikai, whom the Imphal district police commandos claimed to have nabbed from Kwairamband market on June 22, and Khundrakpam Shyam alias Kanhai, 37, son of late Kh Angou of Khangabok Part-III who was reportedly arrested by a joint team of 15 Assam Rifles and 33 Assam Rifles during a search operation in the area of Kahangabok Part-I and II, are not related with the outfit.
