IMPHAL, June 18: A press statement of the UPPK has said that four members of the proscribed outfit including its general secretary have been arrested by an Indian intelligence team from Kathmandu, Nepal on June 13.
A red Jote vehicle driven by the four have also been seized by the team, the statement said.
