IMPHAL, Dec 18: The Manipur Legislative Assembly Speaker will move a resolution at the demise of former Prime Minister of India. IK Gujaral, former Manipur Legislative Assembly members W Nipamacha Singh, Md Abdul Wahid, L Kerani Singh and Md Allauddin Khan at 11am on December 19.
