IMPHAL, July 17: The Imphal West district SP has today released a press note saying that the CDO of the district has apprehended one active worker of KCP (Lamphel group) on July 17 at 12:45 pm from Paona Bazaar adding that apprehended KCP worker was identified as Achom Bishorjit Singh alias Abu Singh, (30) son of (L) A Ibochou Singh of Khurai Tinsid Road Sajor Leikai, Imphal East, it said.
