IMPHAL, November 20: Miscreants placed a hand grenade yesterday at around 6:10 pm on a Honda Activa parked in front of a grocery store belonging to Y Don Babu, son of Y Bhimo of Serou Bazaar under Sugnu Police station, Thoubal district.
Sources said that the grenade was left as a threat in connection with a monetary demand to the grocery store. A sit-in-demonstration was staged today at the locality in protest against the bomb threat.
