IMPHAL, April 30: A man was killed in a road mishap that taken place yesterday evening along the National Highway 102 Imphal-Moreh road in Thoubal district.
The victim has been identified as M Naba, 42, son of late Amuba of Khangabok part 2 Mayai Leikai.
According to police source, the incident took place around around 8 pm.
The victim was riding on his scooter bearing registration no. MN04-1857 when he was knocked by Honda city (MN05-A/2966) at Wangbal Khunu Achouba. The victim was instantly killed after the impact, the sources said adding that a case has been registered in connection with the incident.
