IMPHAL, Apr 23: The boycott call of the President’s Khongjom Day visit to the State by CorCom affected normal life in the State today.
Passenger services including both the Inter-State and Inter-district vehicles and auto-rickshaws stayed off the roads, except for a few personal vehicles and passenger auto-rickshaws.
Business establishments and the Bazar areas also remained closed for the day.
However, no untoward incident has been reported during the boycott.
