IMPHAL, August 22: The All Tribal Disabled Students’ Union, Nagaram today said in a press release that a memorandum was submitted to Social Welfare Minister, Govt of Manipur for drawing the attention of the Minister and necessary action to their demands within August 30 failing which, 72 hours bandh will be called in all hill district of Manipur with effect from the midnight of September 2, 2013.
